We have put a number of security measures and procedures in place to not only ensure the security of the parcels that are handled at our main tender house but to also maintain an easy flow through the sorting and packaging processes.

We have intake offices situated in Johannesburg, Schweizer Reneke, and Kimberley.

Tender House Facility

Our professionally designed offices are situated in a safe and secure building in Bedfordview’s new diamond hub.

We have ten viewing rooms available at our facility.

All rooms are monitored by 24/7 camera and security systems.

Diamonds are strictly processed and monitored during the bidding process.

Safe storage in category five safes.

Insurance

Continuous monitoring of insured amounts.

Sufficient insurance for all diamonds is in place, proof available upon request.

Proof of in-transit insurance is available upon request.
